When we look back at the sport of mixed martial arts as we know it today, which was first developed under the banner of the UFC or the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Has existed for just over 20 short years. Which is the grand scheme of things is nothing in the development of a global sport? Through its use of modern technology (television), the power of social and now multimedia. The UFC has fast-tracked MMA into and worldwide phenomenon and the fastest growing sport on the planet. Breaking all known records along the way.

Today’s MMA differs immensely from back in the days of legends such as Royce Gracie, Ken Shamrock and of course the Beast himself Mr Dan Severn. Who we recently interviewed about his time inside the cage.

Right up to today’s ultra athletes who’s preparation and training regimes are a world away from the sport’s pioneers. Enjoy sit back and relax as we run through a who’s who of the octagon. In a video snapshot of the greatest sport in the world and the evolution of UFC Fighters.
