Floyd Mayweather Sr Talks Floyd facing Conor McGregor
Floyd Mayweather Sr. joined the UNDISPUTED team of Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe. To discuss the Mayweather/McGregor super fight and give his prediction. Well, we already know his prediction. But really it’s all about how his son will win.
Originally saying it was going to be a straight KO. Senior’s cough has somewhat softened. Now it’s just that this son will win “I guarantee it!” But gone is the hyped-up rhetoric from the ageing coach we heard some time ago.
Skip Bayliss role it seems is to play the part of Devil’s advocate. Or perhaps The Heel, all depending on your viewpoint. But, he at least seems pretty adamant that Floyd will not knock McGregor out. He is simply too small, hasn’t enough power and is for want of a better word, old.
It’s enough to get under the skin of Senior who is always on guard to defend his son. He’s already offered McGregor the option of boxing him himself, even though he’s most definitely a Grandfather. Anyway, once all the dust has settled we will see who’s words come to pass. Who called it right and who is the number one combat sports superstar.
